The committee, a multi-disciplinary review group, awarded the accreditation after a stringent analysis of Briotix Health’s utilization review processes and procedures. URAC Accreditation is both unique and rigorous. Requiring evidence-based measures, accreditation is earned only after demonstrating excellence in risk management, operations infrastructure, performance monitoring and improvement, and consumer security. A URAC Accreditation is a sign that the awarded company meets national standards for quality, accountability, and consumer protection. “We are proud of our second consecutive URAC Accreditation,” said Lezlie Martin, URAC Program Manager. “This designation shows our current and future clients that when they work with Briotix Health for their Utilization Review needs, they are receiving the industry’s gold standard in service and results.” Briotix Health provides Utilization Review services for physical, occupational, chiropractic, and massage therapy services, select surgeries, and Durable Medical Equipment to assist clients in managing their workers’ compensation costs.
