In this panel discussion, the panelist will examine the critical components of a successful return-to-work program and explain how to integrate supportive onsite resources into a company’s existing practices. Additionally, panel participants will share pilot results from a Briotix Health Industrial Sports Medicine pilot program which demonstrated a significant reduction in disability durations.
“The initial phase of the study has shown that with an increased focus on applying best practices in ergonomics, accommodations, and psychosocial support, more than 1,200 lost workdays were avoided delivering Norton Healthcare an ROI of nearly 4:1,” said Patterson. “We are looking forward to sharing our results and discussing how best to cultivate a culture of change to maximize the use of onsite resources and generate the biggest savings.”
